When you schedule your home inspection online, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • For off-market properties, kindly confirm who can provide us with access information.
  • If it appears that there is no availability and/or the property is outside of 50 miles from our office please give us a call!

  • If part of a real estate transaction, we request that you do not book until you have a signed Purchase Agreement. If you choose to, please see our cancellation policy.
  • Please double check the total square footage in order to obtain an accurate quote! We inspect finished + unfinished space.
  • If the property is larger than 3,000 SF please call to schedule or older than 75 years please call to schedule as the inspection may take longer!
  • If you receive an error message, check to see if there are any unnecessary spaces before or after any of your entries. If you keep seeing the error, please call us and we’ll get you taken care of!
  • Cancellation Policy: Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we have allotted time in our schedule to take care of your requested service needs. If cancellation is received via email or phone within 24 hours of the start of the inspection, there is a $150 cancellation fee. If any add-on services have already been started (i.e.: Radon Testing), no refund for those services will be given. If you re-book a new inspection with us you can receive a $50 credit toward it.


Please note: On the 3rd step, Select your Date/Time, you are selecting the time the inspector will begin inspecting. Your walk through will begin at the inspection end time.
